Blackbird and Cotoneaster
A detiled piece of work, showing a male blackbird passing a garden wall. This one is in Bakewell, the stone very typical of the area with it's knobbly surface and lime mortar providing an ideal surface for lichens yo grow. The cotoneaster is ablaze with bright berries and leaves which glow on a grey November day.
