Long-tailed Tits RW2757P

I'm often asked to name my favourite bird and the answer has to be the long-tailed tit. They are tiny and beautiful, they sport a ridiculously long tail, stay together as a family and build the most amazing nests.
This family group are working their way through a hawthorn hedge on a cold January afternoon.
