Woodpecker, Ladybird and Antler

This antler painting is a loose partner to  "Weasel, Wren and Antler".  I was origanally intending to cast the weasel and woodpecker in the same painting but couldn't make them fit, hence this male great spotted woodpecker is alone. The ladybird is the obvious point of interest and picks up the crimson on the birds plumage.
